Terms of sale

Terms of Sale

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on noveloshop.com (the "Site") by a consumer (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which take precedence over any other document.

2. Seller

Products are sold by Noveloshop – noveloshop@outlook.com. Full details are available in our Legal Notice.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, you will be notified and refunded without delay.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before the final confirmation of your order. Noveloshop reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

The Customer selects products, reviews their cart, enters their details and confirms the order with an obligation to pay. An order confirmation email is then sent. Noveloshop reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a previous payment dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

6. Payment

Payment is made securely online using the methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card and other displayed options). The amount is charged when the order is confirmed. Payment data is processed by certified payment providers and is never stored by Noveloshop.

7. Delivery

Delivery methods, times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are averages. If the delivery date is exceeded, the Customer may, after a formal notice that remains unanswered, cancel the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical possession of the products.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). To do so, the Customer simply informs Noveloshop by email at noveloshop@outlook.com with a clear statement. Products must be returned within 14 days of this notification; return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund, including original shipping costs (standard rate), is made within 14 days of notification, although Noveloshop may withhold it until the products are received. In accordance with Article L221-28, this right does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Practical details are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Legal guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), which entitles the Customer to the repair or replacement of a non-conforming item for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, the Customer contacts Noveloshop at noveloshop@outlook.com.

10. Liability

Noveloshop shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract caused by the Customer, by the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or by force majeure.

11. Personal data

The data collected is necessary to process orders. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at noveloshop@outlook.com.

12. Customer service and mediation

For any complaint, the Customer should first contact customer service at noveloshop@outlook.com. If no amicable solution is reached, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose contact details are available on request.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of residence. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
