Delivery & Returns Dispatch
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery times & charges
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 working days, depending on the product.
Free delivery on orders of €39 or more.
For orders under €39: delivery charges calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.
Damaged item or error
Having a problem with your order? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo, and we’ll find a solution quickly (replacement or refund).
