What are the delivery times?

Your orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 5 to 12 working days for delivery, depending on the product and your location. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders of €39 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge is automatically calculated at checkout.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed via secure payment providers. We never store your bank details.
